I just deliver a baby thru C section, during pergnancy on my 8th month of pregnancy there was a small lump on the entrance of my vagina it grew till 1.2x1x0.5cm, yellow, soft , hairy.
it is made of flat epitel , think. epitel shows parakerantosis, koilositosis , skantosis and papilomatosis.
its is made of many capiller and cells with chronic infection n some leucosit PMN.
it doesnt show anything serious
