test negative but still have symptoms

i had sex with a girl and my condom broke...few days later my anus started itching really bad and after awhile i had slight pain with bowel movements and it has continued ever since...about a month after sex i notices a small ciruclar spot on penis shaft and extra skin out line underlyin penis it doesnt hurt so i went to clinic and i test negative to gonnahrea and chlymidia and 3 months after sex i got testes for herpes and syphlis and all my test are negative...I know i have somthing becasue all symptoms started after sex but i just don't know what and can't get to botttom of it

no but i was on azithromycin for sinus infection so figureed that would kill anyother bacterial infection

did you get tested for NGU?

Well, you need to follow up with your doctor.  If its a fungal infection, it won't show up on any testing.

yeah test was negative..i jsut want to get to bottom of it but don't know what to do now since test were negative to everything

I agree - any new symptoms need to be checked out.  Were you tested for syphilis?

This could also easily be a fungal infection or irritation.

it could be a fungial infection. But best thing to do is see your Dr for an exam.

yeah but why would i have a circular non raised spot on penis...could it be a viral or bacterial disese from sex but not under main stds

You would need to see a Dr because you tested negative for STD's. Anus itch is not a symptom of an STD, nor is slight pain with bowel movements.

So while you don't have an STD you might have something else.
