Folliculitis Possibly?!?

I have been wondering for awhile now what these bumps are they are really hard almost like balls and they are white they are very very itchy i scratch and scratch my scrotom then becomes to get chaiffed if i do that to much they are all over my scrotom plese please please dont tell me i got a std of any kid i looked on the internet and it kinda looks like folliculitis on the scrotum... they almost look like pimples but are impossible to pop and they can sometimes like break open and be very sore.
