Red Raised Fleshy Bump

Noticed a small approximately 3-5 mm with no irregular shape. Was redder than the skin around it in the left side of my pubic hair. I have a bump that looks similar to it as well that has been inspected and not diagnosed as genital warts. I did try to see if it was a pimple and it seemed very fleshy with no liquid. It came off smooth with no residual skin, was painless and left a little blood where it looks like the skin seperated.
