acid reflux connection

I have acid reflux also and a mild mitral valve prolapse, but recently i was told i have a very mild bradycardia like 58
beats per minute only caught on ekg twice otherwise they are normal. I also have had some stabbing pains everynow
and then in my chest, is this probably from the acid reflux or probably from the heart issues? I also notice on here
that a lot of people with acid reflux have these other conditions as well is that a coincedence? Is the bradycardia
somthing i should worry about getting worse as i get older? I am 43 and in pretty good shape, i do work out.

Bradycardia is a heart rate below 60 at rest.  There almost always is no significant sequelae assciated with a low heart rate unless it goes to the low 40's, and then one would be at a risk to pass out.

It is possible you have well-conditioned heart that takes fewer heartbeats to meet the system's demand for blood/oxygen.

Acid Reflux does not have a medical association with bradycardia.
