CHF - Celiac Disease - Thiamine

Hello,  I am greatly concerned that I am not hearing more about the blatantly obvious connection between Celiac disease, thiamine deficiency, and congestive heart failure.  Medical science has known about Beriberi for four hundred years, why are the symptoms not being recognized NOW???  Hopefully someone will look into this relationship seriously, and will thus help a huge number of suffering people.

Thank you very much for your time.
