Dumping Syndrome?

by ritadonyes, Oct 09, 2008 10:58AM
I had surgery on August 15th this year due to Barrett's disease, (word???) Nissen Fundoplication.  Recently I have had a problem after eating sweet(ish) foods.  About 45 minutes to an hour after eating breakfast or a large meal I feel very weak, light headed, shaky and clamy.  Breakfast can be a good fiber cereal, toasted bagel with margarine OR a slimfast meal bar.  Beacause of the surgery I had a blood test two days prior and no unusual results.

Can you advise what this could be?

Thank you,
Rita
