bull's-eye maculopathy

Dear Sir,
i would like to ask few questionz i am Aamir i am 27 .
five yeas prior when i was in riyadh saudi Arabia i had throat infection and i used to go to one medical clinic cause our medical was free. their ent doctor alwayz gave me anti-biotics and temperorily it solved the problem and ecactly after 15 dayz i went to that doctor again and again same medicine.
after one year i have noticed that i have problem with my vision and i went to one eye specialist in that same clinic and their she told me that i have "bull's-eye maculopathy and according to her it because of that anti-biotics i used for one year .then i left saudi arabia and i came back to pakistan.
but my eyes condition is getting worse day by day and i guess its treatment is not possible . now  i would like to ask few questionz.
1) "bull's-eye maculopathy is the name given to the sahpe of retina but what the esact name of this. i this rethemis pegmentoza or rod cone?
and in my saudi medical report it i mentioned that i have "bull's-eye maculopathy (toxic) now what this toxic stands for?
and what should i do, what kind of medicine and glasses i should use. and is there any research going on  to find a treatment for this disease and my side vision is good but central vision is not very bad?

i don't know the abc  of this "bull's-eye maculopathy so pleae help me .
your quick reply will be highly appreciated

This is commonly associated with Chloroquine/Hydroxychloroquine toxicity and the condition can be confused with RP in its later stages. If this is what you were taking, then removal of the drug should at least prevent the disease from progressing. If you were not taking these drugs, you should probably pursue another diagnosis.

There are a number of inherited conditions associated with bull’s eye maculopathy including progressive cone dystrophy, rod-cone dystrophy, Stargardt’s disease or medications such as chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine or intravitreal fomivirsen therapy for cytomegalovirus retinitis. I would recommend that you seek the care of a retinal specialist to determine the etiology and treatment possibilities.

thanx for ur reply sir. is there any treatment available for this . and i have problem wid my central vision so can i improve my central vision and is theer any medicine available for this?
