Fast Heartbeat

Mye
What's the cause of my fast heartbeat, more than 100 sometimes and 90 plus upon waking up in the morning?  I hate this feeling.  In the middle of the day, my heartbeat is between 65 to 80.

My 3D echocardiogram is okay.

I am currently on 2mg Coversyl for hypertension.

Is magnesium supplement good for this situation?  THANKS.

Some people are more prone to a faster heartrate.  Normal heartrate is said to be 60-100.  If you are uncomfortable, your doctor may consider a beta blocker to help slow your HR.  But, with a healthy heart, you may want to try some non-medical therapy (i.e., exercise, change of diet, yoga, etc)
