About the down syndrome

This is my first baby and i'm 20 weeks now,on the 23rd we did an ultrasound test, the obstectrician told everything is normal except the white spot in the baby's heart, this may can be a sign of a downsyndrome baby,as I'm 27 years old and also the IPS test results are negative the doctor said the risk of having a down syndrome baby is 1 in 10,000. This can make confirm by doing amniocentesis, but there is a risk of 1 in 200 of a miscarriage. The doctor said no need to risk becoz my risk is 1 in 10,000.. But this makes my so scared and i might not be able face if i get a down baby at last. I'm scared to do the amniocentesis too.Am I too late to do this test or is the best thing  to do this? pls help me to solve this i'm crying always?
