Brain vein pounding

hi everyone, im recently experiencing some weird kind of head ache which i never experienced ever before in my life, im only 24 but i am over weight and diabetec, from yesterday i have been having some head ache and with it brain vein pounding i take co codamel but takes while to work but comes back again, is anyone suffering the same problem or does anyone know what this might be, please i need help because im a bit worried of some of the things i read online about it did not but entirley matched my symptoms, please help!

hi thanx 4 ur reply, my sugars are quiet high but not that much, i eat my meals on time but sometimes it gets a bit late, there are no dizziness, but my pain is sharp, my doc has given me co-codamal, its helping but not that much, i was taking dicloflex and my doc thinks the head ache and pounding could the side affect from dicloflex, but please any advice would help! does this sound like a stroke? im worried!

Thanks for writing in.
It is important to make sure that your blood sugar is normal or adequately controlled. Low blood sugar can cause pounding headaches. I would suggest you to consult your PCP and get a blood sugar test done. Also remember to eat your meals on time.
Is there any dizziness associated with the headaches?
