I agree too, with the women above, but I would definitely talk to your doctor about it if you are still concerned. You don't mention your age or if you are menopausal or not, or if you have any pain, etc. and that is a factor too.  Let us know!

Hi There,
I have to agree with Cheryl. I had multiple transvaginal ultrasounds and yours sounds normal to me. the endometrial stripe is the thickness of the lining and depending on where you are in relation to menstruation will determine the thickness. Secretory phase is just one of the phases of the lining building up.You ovaries sound absolutley normal and your uterus may be slightly enlarged. Have you ever had fibroids? Sometimes people just have a bulky uterus. Take comfort thaqt everything sounds normal.

According to info. I looked up, the normal dimensions of a pre-menopausal ovary are 2.2 to 5.5 cm in length, 1.5 to 2.0 cm in width and 1.5 to 3.0 cm deep. So, it sounds like your fall within that range.
Also, here is what I found on the endometrial stripe:
endometrial stripe is basically the "thickness" of the inner lining (endometrium) of your uterus. Age/menopausal state plays a factor in determining whether the thickness is something to be concerned about/further investigated.
For example, in a post-menopausal women, an endometrial stripe (thickness) of greater than 8mm is cause for further investigation, though some consider 5mm to be the "cut-off."
However, in menstruating women, it's not abnormal for the thickness to be up to 13mm during the proliferative stage of the cycle.......so the signficance of your endometrial stripe REALLY depends on your age/whether you're menopausal or not, etc.
As for the secretory endometrium, I believe this is just based on what phase of your cycle you are in.
I am not a Dr. but to me, it doesn't sound like anything to be concerned about. The ruptured ovarian cyst is also very common in women of premenopausal age.
If you still have concerns though, I would ask my Dr. to explain the findings to you.
God bless...
Cheryl
