Cold Sores

After your cold sore is on the healing stage and turns into a big yellowish scab on your lip, what can you do to speed the healing process so its not there for 2 weeks?

I think you should keep it moisturized so it doesn't form a black-red scab, which takes forever to heal. Try not to peel the top layer off when it's healing, even if it's yellow and unsightly. The new skin is attached to this yellow stuff.

All the other stuff work best in the earlier stages.
