tiny dots on glans

by lookingforhelp976, Nov 17, 2008 03:18PM
im a 19 year old uncircumsized male. a few days ago i noticed 4-6 tiny (1mm or less) dots on the head of my penis and inside my foreskin. i showed my gf of 4 months, who suspected friction. we have unprotected sex regularly, and have for a while. i have had no other partners for at least 10 months, and have no history of this, or anything else going wrong with my penis. today, are approx. 30 little tiny dots all over my glans, with maybe half as many on the inside of the foreskin. the ones on the foreskin are somewhat less defined than the dots on my glans. they do itch slightly, they are not raised in any meaningful way. some of them seem to be more pink, while some are deffinitely dark red. a few appeared to have white heads, like a pimple, although it could be dry skin. there is no pus in any of them, and they are relatively evenly spaced all over the glans. very worried, please advise! i have no health insurance and cannot currently go to a doctor.
