Itchy bumps on anus

About a month ago this started. In general my anus feels itchcy on the sides and also in two spotsBirthmarks - pigmented
Liver spots
Measles, koplik spots - close-up
Mongolian blue spots i have noticed bumps. I dont think its hemorroids because the one bump is sort of higher up in my crack away from opening. Any idea what it might be?
