I'd doubt its an std - you aren't a big risk for those.

You just need to get it checked out, especially now that you have other symptoms.
An std or fungal infection wouldn't cause all these symptoms.
If you have stabbing pain all over your body, you need to get that checked out soon.

The only things you can get from oral sex are gonorrhea, syphilis and NGU. If a year later, you have no symptoms, you don't have gonorrhea or NGU, and you've tested negative for syphilis. Its time to let this go. You can't get HIV from oral sex.
If you can't move on, then its time to seek some help for it.
