What can this be?

Hi doc just a question, a couple of days ago i was in the shower and i was cleaning my body, and as soon as i pulled the skin of my penis back i noticed litle white pimples on the head and skin,today it was worse more white spots but not the same shape they look like they broke apart, its not itchy and does not hurt, can it be from the soap or can it be std can u help me out what can i do? i dont sleep around and im married any idea thank you..

I'd doubt its an std - you aren't a big risk for those.

You just need to get it checked out, especially now that you have other symptoms.
An std or fungal infection wouldn't cause all these symptoms.
If you have stabbing pain all over your body, you need to get that checked out soon.

The only things you can get from oral sex are gonorrhea, syphilis and NGU. If a year later, you have no symptoms, you don't have gonorrhea or NGU, and you've tested negative for syphilis. Its time to let this go. You can't get HIV from oral sex.
If you can't move on, then its time to seek some help for it.
