I found the same white bumps on my scrotum/lower shaft of the penis and also got a little worried, but after reading over the forums am totally relaxed, this is one thing that helped, and hopefully will do the same for you.

People have mentioned that when the white spots/bumps are squeezed a white solid comes out just like a spot. This is exactly the same stuff you get when the pores in your nose are clogged. For example if you were to push your finger against your nose (as if you were trying to resemble a pig) "white snakes" would come out. Now if you were to stretch the skin on your scrotum to the point where it was taught, you were see the same "white snakes" appear.

Keep in mind that the skin around the penis/scrotum has a lot more stretch in it as apposed to the skin anywhere else on your body.I would assumed this has something to do with it as the only other place ive had the same hint of issue is on your elbow (no where near as noticable, but have a close look).

Just please don't worry/lose sleep about these as it is completely normal.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

I cannot confirm a diagnosis without examination, but it can be due to folliculitis.

Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin.

Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing and if you have any additional queries.
