Diabetes reaction

I am not sure what is going on with my mother. She has type II Diabetes. Today she wasn't feeling up to par, had headache behind her eyes. she also stated she had some stomach problems. Just a few minutes ago she was shaking uncontrollable, couldn't talk, walk, or lay. I thought she might be haveing a reaction to her insulin, gave her some candy, blood sugar then registered at 165. I took her pulse it is fast. Her blood pressure is high. She absolute refuses to get or seek help. She is sleeping now but her breathing is rapid and shallow. She states she cannot afford the ambulance and refuses to go. What could be going on with her? I am so worried.

I can't say I know what's going on with her, but is there a nearby clinic or doctor you can take her too? They should be willing to understand it's important and not matter about how much it costs.
