crazy rash like hives

I had an exact similar situation like the girl who's husband was out of town except i don't know her
i had protected sex with a bunch of girls and with some power pils and red bull on top plus partied hard with very little sleep
i did catch some rest  during the day
this went on for about 10 days

i was healthy and i felt awsome

about 3 weeks later i had an slight itchy ear on the top and at the lobe
i felt some itch at the back of the arms later my thighes ut only minor

this slowly got worse by the days and at nights got severe rash which shifted around

It would start on my thighes and my ankles and back of my arms and ear
than later it would move to differnt parts of my body and it would not itch elswear

i am into my 1 1/2 week and it is not getting better

i have been to the doctor and have my bood and liver checked and everything is perfect

the doctor said that it is stress related and gave me Betaderm/Betamethason ointment to applie all over body
It is a stereoid type of creem to help the itch.- it never helped

the only help that i found was at wallmart an aloa vera clear alcohol free gel like cream that i appli when i feel the rash coming on and at night when it gets worse as the day slows down i have to take one advile

I never take any medication so one advile is like morphene to me

does anybody know what the hell is going on????

thank you for your help

i have been working with a homeopath on my "hives"
the itch is halped with regular tylenol and i have started a sellf hypnotic meditation

Next morning therash and the red spots disappeared almost completaly and the itch was gone completely (this was after a very violent rash attack the knight before i took tylenol only)
the itch came back slightly next day at about 11 30 am and it was only a slight itch during the day ( i have also taken homeopathic medication-belladonna and fever)
at knight at 7 30pm i had to take tylenol again

we will see about tomorow

thank you again

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of hives. Hives (medically known as urticaria) are red, itchy, raised areas of skin that appear in varying shapes and sizes. They have a tendency to change size rapidly and to move around, disappearing in one place and reappearing in other places, often in a matter of hours.

Many cases of hives are "idiopathic," meaning no cause is known. Others may be triggered by viral infections or medications. The mainstay of treatment of hives is antihistamine which may be necessary for prolonged periods (in excess of 6 weeks). Double conventional doses of these non-sedating antihistamines such as Cetirizine, Loratadine, Acrivastine and Fexofenadine may be needed to get symptom relief. Sedating antihistamines such as Chlorphenamine or Hydroxyzine are used at night to get urticaria control. Short courses of oral cortisone or steroids are taken for short periods (one to three days) to settle more severe symptoms.
You may take Vitamin C along with the prescribed treatment. Vitamin C is a general anti-allergy supplement. It helps stabilize mast cells so they are less likely to release histamine.

If the symptoms persist, then you can consult an immunologist. He may start with immunosuppressive drugs.

If the hives don’t go after 6 wks of treatment also, then it can be a case of chronic urticaria which needs further evaluation as it may be due to auto antibodies.

Hope it helps. If you have any additional queries, then pls post us.
Take care and regards.
