It seems that I am suffering from “Chondromalacia Patella”, a condition where I feel pain in the front of the knee kind of deep aching. It feels the pain originates right under the knee cap, typically short stings when bending my knee under stress (e.g. weight training sqatting, going up or down stairs, etc.). It is also assumed that I suffer from softening of the cartilage of my knee cap.
I was also told that the knee cap may not feature the perfect shape preventing pressure points and that it sits possible not 100% correct especially when applying stress. Can someone provide me with good advice what the best knee brace type would be? Thanks.
