How to determine for sure if one has hepatitis ?

I am experiencing fatigue, abdominal discomfort, aching joints, and loss of
appetite. Following are my blood test results. Based on those, can I rule
out FOR SURE that I don't have any hepatitis either acute or chronic ?
If not, what else should I be tested for ?
