Sounds like a good product

"sounds like a good product."

Wonderful response. Succinct, to the point, no wasted time fleshing out any information about why anybody would want to use EITHER product that is mentioned. Way to go, live4fitness!

According to  a quick Google, your product is creatine.  I assume you knew that already. However, the title of your post is "Strattera." That's a drug for ADD/ADHD. Which one are your referring  to?

Do you have a  coach who is training you in football? Are you part of a team? What are the rules for supplementation according to your coach? Do they even have any rules about it? Why do you feel you need supplementation? I assume you are working out on a regular basis, both aerobic and weight training, for your  sports. Does your coach feel this is enough for your participation without using OTC supplementation?

If you are talking about Strattera, presumably this was prescribed for you, since it's not over-the-counter. That means you are under  a doctor's care for ADD. That means you should be taking your medication as prescribed. And your doctor should know about all other supplementation you are using because there could be drug interactions with the Strattera.

But, hey, don't mind me. "sounds like a good product" probably works better for you than asking a bunch of questions about supplementation, right?

For your info I wouold not have put a response like that unless I did some reasearch. So you want to think about wether or not you should say the things you do b/c you are starting to look like an A***HOLE

Oh, for the love of.... Mary Magdalene  on a pogo stick, chill out, "live4fitness." Stop being so defensive. It makes you look silly. I can post whatever I want. The OP can take my advice or leave it, just as he can with your (extremely limited) response. Getting your panties in a wad just isn't  going to get you anywhere, so go take a Valium and relax. Or better yet, take your own "advice" and pop some creatine. Sheesh.

I'm with you karen. this Barnbae girl is kinda pathetic. Responsing not on the post, but on the posters who are giving their opinions.  Maybe this girl has some kind of disease. Or worse, bipolar. Man, this is the same woman who keeps correcting my mistakes, and worse my grammar.  You chill out maam. You're going way too far.. Good luck miss bipo.
