BICEP INJURY

by D KEY, May 31, 2007 12:00AM
ON MARCH 13TH OF 07 I DETACHED THE BICEP ON MY RIGHT ARM AT THE ELBOW, I HAD SURGERY TO REPAIR IT ON THE 19TH. I HAVE GONE THROUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY, TO REGAIN FLEXIBILITY AND RANGE OF MOTION. THIS WAS A WORK RELATED ACCIDENT. MY QUESTION IS, WHEN DO YOU THINK A GOOD TIME TO GET BACK IN THE GYMN WOULD BE AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT.
THANK YOU; D KEY
