Juice to minimize brain fog

by Jim327, Jan 18, 2003 12:00AM
I just read somewhere here that cranberry juice helps with brain fog and I'm trying to figure out exactly how (hoping it's not just a myth of sorts).  Ok, assuming that brain fog is caused by a bulid up of ammonia that "floods" the brain (exaggerated with treatment), does it make sense that the acid in juices like cranberry juic, orange juice, water/lemon...could react with the ammonia, a base, somewhere to minimize the amount circulating in the body?

I'm trying to find ways to avoid brain fog as much as possible.  Any advice on this would be great.

Thanks.
