other drugs i'm taking

by bob johnson, Jan 29, 2003 12:00AM
Morning all,

I want to also say that i'm taking other drugs such as metformin

and glyburide (diabetes) and Zestril (high blood presure) with some oxir for my pain in my feet which were crushed is a fall 8 years ago (oxir is oxycodone with no tylenol simmilar to percocett but no tylenol) I wonder if these drugs are giving me the high alt levels as I go through tx (rebetron) 15 weeks now.

I am also taking hydrochlorthiazide (water pill) and pantoloc

( for acid reflux) sounds like alot does'nt it?

My specialist says all of this wont elevate alt levels but I'm thinking , who has done tests on any of this 'cause so little is actually known about tx and other related drugs.

It seems to me that if the liver is not at 100 per cent than all other processing it does would be extra work and not let it heal!

I feel great except for the tx sides and rode my exercise bike last week for the first time, which I would'nt have thought about ddyring the first month of tx..alt 340....started tx @215 alt all other numbers are holding well and my blood sugar is at 7 which is good for a three month average so if you have any thoughts I'd be happy to hear all of them! bob
