ct-scan cancelled because of excess calcium

ct-scan stopped because of excess calcium count. 2000 count. Why?

Total calcium count of 2000 is high, and serious enough put you in a high risk for a heart disorder event within a year, but the count wouldn't be a factor to interrupt the ct scan.  It is possible you think the test was stopped as the test doesn't take very long to complete.  If the test was stopped that would be a question for your doctor to answer.
