While it has been some time since your initial post, how did the endoscopy go, have you had colonoscopy done and eliminated the posibility of Familial Polyposis.
Hi chabe06, I hope you don't mind me asking, but how old are you? I ask this because all of the information that I've found thus far says that stomach polyps are more common in people age 60+. I am 21 years old and just had a fluoroscopy done on Friday. It came back negative for what my doc was looking for, but the nurse called me yesterday to tell me that they found "several" polyps in my stomach. I'm having an upper endoscopy done on Monday. I was just curious to see if anyone else had, had stomach polyps at such a young age? I wouldn't be too worried though, as most stomach polyps are benign and usually do not increase your risk of cancer (except for adenomas).
A lot of people have stomach polyps, so don't get stressed out. Make sure you get the reports of the pathology exam - read it yourself and make sure you understand what that report says.
