I have the same

I am in the exact situation you described. Except I went on doxycycline and then a month later a round of cipro. My urologist has not been able to diagnose me either, with all bacterial and urinalysis screenings coming back negative. It has been 10 months and I still have morning irritation and small amounts of discharge with the urethral opening sometimes being stuck shut.

Overall I have no other physical symptoms or ailments. I have seen a urologist 4 times, and have had a cytoscopy with all negative results. I wish this problem would stop.

I have the same thing. Urologist prescribed ciprofloxacin and it didn't work. I'm losing my mind. It's been over a year now that I have been dealing with this.
