i have an explanation for left testicle pain

I was reading everyone's questions and comments on left testicle pain. I went to my doctor for this. He prescribed 2 weeks of Cipro and told me to get an ultrasound. I'm on day 4 of the Cipro. I went to the ultra sound Dr. today and he said it was the fellopian tubes that are useless on men. We are all women at first and then during pregnancy hormones change us to men. The fellopian tubes do not develope, but they are still there. A very tiny little appendage at the top of the left testicle that can get twisted like a vein. If there is a slight bend in it, it causes inflamation and pain. Sometimes it gets so twisted it dies and you never experience pain again. Other times it rights istelf, but can reoccur. I am greatful I do not have testicular cancer, but I am bummed that there is no treatment for this. Well, he said I could get it burned off. Scary, but an option.

Just like the majority of you, I also have been experiencing pain in my left testicle and left leg. This started about 3 months ago, but wasn't to uncomfortableand I could tolerate it very easily.

I think I first noticed it while driving my car.  Usually starts after 15 minutes of driving and the pain or more of an ache moves to my hamstring and down to my shin.  My hamstring feels like it needs to be stretched real bad, but my left testicle just aches.

Since cancer was first of my mind, checked for symptoms and noticed a small lump on my testicle and it is painful to the touch.  This I've been told is not a symptom of cancer (I hope).  Research shows this could be spermatocele (spelling).  I have an appt for an ultra sound or sonogram next week.

When I get this pain while driving, I've been putting a baseball under my hamstring and this almost instantly stops the pain everywhere.  This worked for a couple of hours, but now only lasts about 30 minutes and the baseball starts to make my leg numb.  The pain would also stop if I got out of the car and just stood up.  This seems to point to some sort of neurological issue, but I'm no doctor.

Now the pain /ache is present a little while standing.  I've tried ice on my testicles, which would relieve the pain, but then it comes back with a vengence.  I can handle the leg pain, but the testicle pain/ache is what concerns me the most.

Looking for some professional advice from a medical/doctor type.

Standing by,

Thanks
