Alright well I'm in dire need of some information. I will best describe my
situation and I really hope you can help me. I am 17 years old, and I have had
sex twice before. I have had it with my girlfriend whom I have been dating for
two years. I know for a fact we were each other's firsts and she hasn't been
cheating on me. Therefore the chances of this being an STD is already slim.
When we had sex we used a condom too so it was somewhat safe. Recently, I
have noticed this bump right under the shaft of my penis. I am circumsized if
that makes a difference. Not the long flat side of the penis helmet but the
other side that is shorter (if that made any sense heh). Well at that spot there
is this bump. It is skin colorish with a whiteish tip. Not like real obvious
white... just a little whiter then the rest of the small bump. I believe I have
had this once before and it went away so I sort of ignored this. This bump
now I have had for about 3 weeks and it does hurt a little when I apply
pressure to it. I do not feel any irritation when I *** or when I pee. It doesn't
seem to be an std because it does not look like the ones I see online and the
symptoms don't seem the same. I don't believe it is one of those papule pearl
things because this is a little bigger and there is only one bump. Lastly, I do
get cold sores about once a year... and I know how to treat them correctly. I
read you can transfer them from the mouth to penis through... but I never
picked/popped the cold sore. Could this be a possibility? I know this
information could mean many different things but I would greatly appreciate
it if you would give me a list of the possibilities of what this could be and
describe them. I'm very lost on what this is... I have looked all over the
internet and have found nothing useful. And not to offend you in any way but
telling me to go to a doctor won't help much right now. MY family has a lot
going on and this is the last thing we need to worry about. Thanks a lot for
taking the time to read this, and I really appreciate the help.

Hi,

I've already answered this in your previous post.  Aside from pearly penile papules or oral herpes, other differentials could be   hair follicles and sebaceous glands, fordyce spots, genital warts or skin conditions such as psoriasis. For definite diagnosis, direct clinical examination of the lesion is important.   Fordyce spots are small papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion or appear in crops. They are painless and not itchy, and are abnormally dilated blood vessels.  On the other hand, genital warts are caused by human papilloma virus and may be single or multiple, skin-colored, pink or brown in color. Laboratory tests may also be done to rule the conditions mentioned above.

I hope this helps. Take care and regards.
