hepatitis C and autoimmune hepatitis with LKM 1 atibody

I am 36 years old; I am hep C from 1997 and I make 3 treatments with interferon and ribavirin, without rezults; now I have also hepatitis autoimune with antibody LKM 1, and my viremia persists
I have thrombocytopenia and great bilirubinemia (only after the treatment nr. 3 - Pegasys + ribavirin 12 month) and powerfull dispneea (at each effort); I make water in organism. I don't have portal hipertension. I have easy splenomegalia, but not all the time.
A dr. tell me that I have cirrosys. Please tell me what can I do in this case. I want only to know your advice. The Dr. Berkson therapy with antioxidants is reccommended ? Thank you and please excuse my english ! I hope you understand me !

Welcome to the forum and I simply wanted to say that we are only patients on this forum and as such can only offer suggestions.  I would strongly recommend talking with your doctors before doing anything.

From others I know in a similar situation, I know that you're in a difficult spot because tx for one is counter to the other.  I also know there are others here with some of the conditions you're burdened with and hopefully they can provide some direction on what you can consider or where you may find more information.
