With 5 weeks to go, your baby is approximately 18 inches long and weighs close to 5 pounds! Most of her basic physical development is now complete. She'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight and fine tuning her systems. Her kidneys are fully developed now and her liver can process some waste products.
