Challenge Communication Instructions


Communication and staying engaged and active with the Weight Loss & Dieting Community and its members is crucial to our success. It is the connections, friendships and camaraderie that is formed that helps us uphold each other through the tough times and share and celebrate our successes.  This builds our team and we’re all in this together – all for one and one for all!

Here is a brief overview of the ways in which we communicate and support each other. Please join in, create and participate in any and all activities you can. The more you surround yourself with like-minded people, the more steadfast your resolve and the greater your success.

DAILY POSTS / POLLS – These are created by the members, the CL and others supporting the yearlong challenge. This is where the MAJOR COMMUNICATION will be done. PLEASE ask your questions here as the entire community is then able to respond and provide their knowledge, assistance, support and encouragement.  Don’t be afraid to post when you’re having trouble as this is what a support group is all about!

LIVE CHATS – Please read more about these here. These will be announced via posts and Ranaesheart journal entries, which will forward to those on my friend’s list.

– Important community posts will be entered in my journal and broadcast to my friend’s list. Be sure you are on my friend’s list or that you request friendship. This will keep you up to date on the challenge activities and/or special events.

– Make your own personal journal entries and these are shared with your friends.
