Some things I've figured out already regarding my migraine triggers: humidity, excess caffeine, not enough water consumed during the day or lack of sleep and stress are all my main catalysts.
Lately I've been experiencing mild nicotine withdrawls and have had my second considerably painful migraine in a 2 week span. Thankfully they don't last days, but when they're that bad, any amount of time is pretty awful.
Anyways, I'm going to go ahead & blame these latest batches of migraines on my new non-smoking routine & my body's adjustment while detoxing. We'll see if I'm right. :)
