useing a timer on my watch set to every 30 min i can have a smoke then slowly make it longer between smokes until i am smoke free!

after 4 weeks of resting my swollen finger it is still some what swollen and hurts if torched to hard. i can almost make a fist but not quite yet.
practicing chum kiu form almost have the full form down. need to practice my yeeji kimyum ma and chain punching.
