Got back on track this morning after TWO break days, one which i wasn't anticipating. Despite all of that, i am starting to notice some changes, mostly in my arms. My shoulders haven't been popping and cracking as much, and neither has my knee. I'm still having issues with my ankles, but when you've injured them as much as i have(twisted/pulled/whatever to them a good 25-30 times in the last 10 years or so...still surprised i've never managed to break them), it doesn't surprise me that i'm still having some issues with them, my right one especially.

Erg, totally didn't mean to make today another break day, but I guess that's what happened. Today ended up being a major sleep day, which is making me wonder if i'm trying to come down sick, which i DON'T want. Cycling class starts monday, as do my regular classes, and it'd be nice to not be sick for once!

I think today might be a break day for me...i'm feeling like crap due to allergies and general busyness. Skipped yoga this morning, and haven't decided yet if i'm going to do zumba or not today. I have to be up early tomorrow for a performance, so, we'll see how things go.

Today's workout was kind of mediocre, i would say. I'm starting to feel the effects of exercising again, and my muscles are starting to ache a little :/ I did 8 songs though, which is one more than yesterday, so I can't really complain *that* much.

Instead of Yoga today, the public access will be airing a half hour aerobics, so i'm interested to see how that will go. I underestimated the yoga for sure, holy crap. I think i hurt more doing that yesterday than i did after the zumba. Yikes. Hopefully that isn't a sign that i'm not going to be able to pull it off, or something like that.
