MILD Migraine, weather change

Oct 28, 2011 - 1 comments

I took half of a 20mg Relpax and it helped after taking 800mg of Ibuprofen.  The Ibuprofen did take away some of the initial discomfort, however it still hung around and I had a concert to perform that night and needed to be in top form.  Half a Relpax was all that I needed and I sang my heart out and the next day I did not have another migraine from the singing.  I thought it could have been from the concert the night before, however the weather took a drastic change and it became clear late afternoon after I took the relpax.  Glen went to the drugstrore and filled my prescription for this drug cause I had no more samples available to me.  This morning I'm just a bit stiff and little achey from the performances for the last two nights.  I put out a lot of energy when I sing and do shows.

I experienced another migraine last night and for the life of me don't know why.  I did not do one of the injections this week, so only 2, rather than Mon, Wed. and Fri.  and practising for this audition today.  I've sung like this in the past and it was alright, so what has changed.  Only thing is I'm still concerned about the calcium and hyperparathyroidism.  I'm getting more pain in my bones which also scares me.  My moods have been crazy or maybe just me and I've been getting more depressed and all of these are typical symptoms of this disease as well.  I'm frustrated and also allienating my family as well.

I've been watching what has been happening for me and it seems that my moods are strongly affected by the detoxification process.  I've been taking two new supplements and not sure if this is why things have been changing for me.  My legs are driving me nuts cause of the jiggling and more pain has come up because of this.  I'm not sure if it's something else cause my calcium level was high and that points to Hyperparathyroidism.  When I think back to complaining that I was starting to get back headache pain however they never really turned out to be a headache and now I find when going on my Ceragem bed, I feel abdominal pain with the rollers, so this could very well be something else.  There's the damn uncertainty and it's affecting my mind as well.  I hopefully will be speaking to the doctor on Thursday as I connected with them and made this appt.  I'm also finding it tuff to get support now and this alters things for me as well.  I remember clearly that I had neck pain and thickness sensation, kinda of like being choked and now it's more tremors and renals are going a lot as well.  Also I had kidney pain and it left and now my liver gets more spasms, so it seems to change.  No doubt i'ts stressing me out and of course that doesn't help the whole merry-go-round.  I need answers and maybe gets some on Thursday.

WRONG FOODS EATEN TRIGGER LOW GRADE MIGRAINES

Upon having my mother-in-law here for her birthday the family entertained the idea of having Chinese Food ordered in along with the cake.  Our daughter phoned and inquired about the msg and some of the dishes already had it in them and I did have some of these foods which triggered the first one.  The pain dragged on throuhgout Thursday and into Friday and finally I took the Relpax at bedtime.  We took our visitor to the airport and had lunch and I ate a burger which I paid for and not sure of what the culprit food was.  I think it was the smoked bacon on this burger.  Again suffering a low grade headache which I will take Ibuprofen later so that I have a better day tomorrow.  The Relpax definitely affected me and I was very tired this afternoon and was falling asleep in my lazy boy chair, so the side effects from prescriptions are still a concern for me as the day after is always ruined somewhat.  I am really going to have to knuckle down on the foods culprits and stick with what I know is safe, cause I have not had any episodes of this kind in months.  Part of this may have been stress but I doubt it cause my headaches are usually caused by eating something that my body does not like.  Proof again that what we put into our bodies is the fuel and also the fire to light the pain back up in motion.  I again have learned that eating out is still risky business and I must be more careful of certain ingredients.  I do not wish to suffer because I made the mistake of putting something in my mouth that I should not have.  Dually noted so that I stay on the right track for life, in order to live.
