Breakfast: the white of 1 hard boiled egg, 3 large strawberries, 1/2 banana
Lunch: Green Leaf Lettuce, red onion,shredded carrots, cuke and avacado with evoo and balsamic.
Chicken drumsticks marinated with rosemary,s/p, evoo and balsamic will slow bake these, veggies stir fry, and rice for Q and DB
Drinking a cleanse I found by Jillian Michaels: 60 ounces pure or distilled water, 1tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 dandelion root tea bag
Drink this for 7 days, on my way to a healthier ME!!!
