Had all four wisdom teeth surgically removed, also four bicupids pulled i just got my brackets on for my braces. i need this so i could get my wires on then in two years perfect teeth again.... damn wisdom teeth messed them all up! So thats why i am not eating today or will be a lot the next few days! Thanksgiving is going to suck except my fav part is mash and gravy and these noodles that my cousins grandma makes which i can eat! btw I look like a chipmunk and it hurts like hell.. lol!

Food Diary

I know I have to go out and get the wheat english muffins but i am not a waster on food and my boyfriend will now wat them. I feel excited I still can't work out reallyhard but i have a lot of laundry to do today so making extra trips up and down the stairs will be helpful. I can walk at a semi good pace so after lunch and dinner I plan to do atleast 20-30 mins. I don't want to push myself to hard so my muscles are not as sore so i can go again the next day. I plan to eat no more then 1200-1500 a day. I also plan to do the 20-30 min walk on tredmill intill i feel comfortable with my injuries and my muscles. then I plan on progressing that to 3 times a day and then 5 mins on each time. I am so proud of myself for doing this! I have been realy down about myself latly and when I get m braces on friday i am sure thats going to drop the confindence level a bit also. I love myself and I know I am not really overweight for my height but theres rolls ad flab and jeans i can't fit into anymore... I am going to fix this the healthy way so it doesnt come back but i also know it wont be tomorrow that it will go away!
