So today was the  last work out day of the week for Denice and I. We finished our workout in about 45 minutes. This included all of arm work outs (we did a total of 60 arm presses and curls) and crunches ( a total 0f 120) and of course our leg lifts ( 95 in total).

We were feeling good and our results proved it!. Denice had lost a pound and so did I! We were ecstatic! Only 29more pounds to go (and then some)!

Can not wait til next week!

So today we had a wonderful workout. It's getting so much easier. We're much more calories and our heart rate is slowly decreasing with the same work out.  I am totally stoked that we are on our ways to getting better looking bodies! Denice and I have agreed on already showing of pool ready bods by June. ( We live in a desert and we only have one water park).

One more work out day and we're gonna weigh and measure ourselves as well! Can't wait!

Today we woke up kinda late. We're usually at the gym by 8 am but I guess time wasn't on our side today. We did our usual routine. While in the middle of doing an arm press, we looked at each other and realized this wasn't so bad. We talked about how fabulous we are going to look at the wedding.

When we walked up the steps to the second level and laid down on the floor mats we realized something. We have baby "pooches". Sadly neither of us has had any children. So you know what that means? More motivation! We are trying our hardest to have a flat stomach or at least somewhat.

Two more work out days to go!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Gloria Estrada. I'm 23 years old and I currently weigh 171 pounds. I was first shocked when I first saw this number ( It was when I was diagnosed with psudeotumor cerebri. This was about a year ago in February.) My doctor told me that I had to lose a considerable amount of weight so that I could be cured. I tried and I've been a constant yo-yo well more like a roller coaster. Now, that I'm getting married ( and I really do want to have children) my friend, Denice, and I have decided to begin working out. We're trying to lose 30 pounds by my August wedding. Plausible? I think so.

We decided that every week, we're going to increase our time and speed. For instance this week we're walking at 3.5 MPH for 30 minutes at 3% incline. Next week, we're gonna increase the speed to 3.7 for 35 minutes at a 3.5% incline.As for our upper body, we're still gonna work our deltoids, biceps and triceps. We're currently doing two reps of presses and curls of 15 at 5 pounds one day and 10 the next.For our abs, we're doing 30 leg lifts (up and down) and then 30 left, center, right leg lifts. We also do 30 sit-ups and crunches.

So, today was the first day that Denice and I began our workout regime! It was so much fun! We started off at the treadmill and walked for 30 minutes. After that, we went to the exercise machines and worked on our deltoids, triceps and biceps. Then, we worked on our abs. I am feeling the soreness but it's not that bad. All I know is that we're getting a good work out and that we're gonna look good for my wedding! 3 more work out days to go. woop woop.
