Woke up a little down yesterday but honestly not very many obessive thoughts. Just a little worry.

Another great day. It has been a long time since I have had weeks of great days. I am hoping that this can be the start of another streak of great days that may last weeks or perhaps even months.
I spent time hanging out with my friend yesterday and filed my appeal for my VA compensation. I actually don't care about the money so much but I needd my bipolar to be service connected so that I can get treatment for life for it. The military doesn't see it as worsened because of the deployments at this point but I have new documentation to support the association between my stability before and after my deployments.
