If anyone is peaking, I never put the fruits i eat into my Food Diary because I allow myself to eat as much as often as I want.  Basically the same thing with the veggies, but I add them if I put a lot of butter or something that MAKES them signifigant. Otherwise, I don't really add them either!

It's hard to stay under 1700 if I don't go to the gym.  I only have to burn 400 calories when I go, and I usually burn 900.  But as soon as I hit 1900 and don't go to the gym, that's it.  i just have to keep learning about food, and different ways to cook.  Even though  that meatless meal crashed and burned, I baked this chicken the other day that was hella good, brussel sprouts. And I moved furniture around so even if I do have to work all day, I can jump rope on my breaks.  I'm good.  I love this website!

An experiment gone terribly wrong!  I'm usually still hungry if I have a meal that doesn't include meat, but I try to get around it.  Tonight it was ...Rice, Meatless beef, Pineapple, and Curry. I could not pour enough pepper and pineapple juice, and friggin beef broth on that to save my life. My son ate it, but I just ate around it!! Oops..Tapioca!!
