I love to cook, and what can I say.....I am pretty damn good at it:)  I learned from the best, thanks Mom!! Even my boyfriend tells me I am the best cook ever, I am happy for the nice compliments from him...even though he probably says it just for brownie points:)

Today I had no time to eat anything for lunch. I know this is probably not the way to lose weight, I shouldv'e ate an orange or banana. I am going to set some goals for myself, it shouldn't be too hard for me because I actually want to get into shape and lose weight. I just want to be healthier....wish me luck!

I know that pop-tarts are not the ideal, healthy way to start your day but, it is just too convenient for me to grab it out of the cuboard and make it out the door just in time to make it to a 8am class. I have really wanted to lose some weight and get into better shape but that is hard to do when I am eating crap for breakfast like pop tarts. Wish I had my own personal trainer to keep me in check, even with the little things like what I am consuming for my meals.
