Thought it was from starting Vit D but looking back(today is sun 2/1 now as I enter this) it is not related and probably a small kidney stone passing.  Nice, huh?

PAIN 24hrs later on outside of ankle near the old ligament tear.  Snowblower won't work.  Scheduled to be fixed on January 7th.  NO MORE SNOW until then.  Count me out of the "family snow shovelling" if it snows again before the 7th!

As long as I watch my activity level and wear my orthotics, suportive shoes and/or high top sneakers,  my pain is managed ok at tolerable levels.  If I overdo and strain the tendon/ankle it hurts dearly for days afterwards so it has become a quality of life / balancing act which with the help of Mobic anti-inflammatories and acceptance has become okay to deal with on a daily basis.

The Pain Tracker will really be able to help me track my levels of pain and activity to show my Orthopedist.
