My primary doc called out of the blue yesterday and wants my Vit D rechecked because he said long-term it can be toxic!  I had put in for a renewal so that's what prompted the call.

Then we talked about my changing my dose on the Synthroid from 62.5 to 75mcgs (which is ok with him) and he asked me the date I switched ...so that my TSH bloodwork can be done 4 weeks after the switch.  He said NO MORE VIT D until I get a recheck because it can be toxic if taken long term if you don't need it!

Wow .. I didn't know that and nobody told me this, nor did they say when to come back for a recheck!

I came right onto the tracker and within a minute I had the info right there for him..the EXACT date I changed doses!!!!

These trackers are awesome for me... I especially like the Thyroid, Pain, Weight  & Food  trackers.
