Blood pressure okay at home but still too high at doctors
158/96 and 138/86, I think.
I have, for the most part, given up meat.
I still crave salt occasionally.
I need to get into the habit of drinking more water.
I have cut out butter completely.
I hace started drinking again so need to curb severely and maybe limit to certain days.
Hand in hand with drinking I have slipped back into eating chocolate in the evening.
I limit bread to breakfast-time only.
At work I only have fruit for lunch.
I never eat sweet biscuits.
I still have some things containing sugar. E.g. cocoa at work and sauce for stir frys.
I have limited my consumption of medjools, for now.
If I want non-vegan I generally have sardines or egg.
I take DHA 2-3 a day.
I take B12 most days.
I take Vitamin D some days.
