Slightly coarse, no focal lesions, single cyst identified, size: 5.6x5.0x6.8 cm. Septations present. Previously measured 4.6x5.2x4.6 cm.
Minimally complex cyst in the right lobe, increased in size since the previous exam. No new focal masses to suggest HCC.

Husband started triple tx with Inc. on 9/30/11. Currently in week 27. Feels well, other than fatigue. Still working full time, no missed days. No rescue drugs (Procrit or Neupogen).
Viral loads have been:
week 4 <73
week 8 = UND
week 12 = UND
week 18 = DET <12
week 22 = DET <12
Hepatologist contacted Vertex last month who told her that hubby can continue treatment as long as his VL stays under 25. We are waiting on results of week 26 viral load, drawn Friday, March 30.
Other labs are good:
WBC = 2.78 THOU/uL
RBC = 3.52 mil/uL
Hemoglobin = 11.7 g/dL
Hematocrit = 36%
Platelet Count=115 THOU/uL
Neutrophils=1.08 THOU/uL
We are praying for VL to be UND this time. Should get results by Thurs., April 6.

Hematocrit = 36%
Platelet Count=115 THOU/uL
Neutrophils=1.08 THOU/uL

RBC=3.6 mil/uL,
Hemoglobin=12 g/dL,
Hematocrit=36%,
Platelet Count=104 THOU/uL
Current side effects: fatigue, dry mouth leading to crown and tooth extraction, and food doesn't taste good.
Next labs scheduled for 3/30/12.
