No big headaches lately..yess! just weight changes like a yoyo >:( and I have been craving certain foods too. Perhaps because I don't have a routine right now and therefore don't know when to go to bed. I need regular exercises but on Sundays it's hard, I can't go to the gym :( my building has 5 floors but I'm not for walking the hallways; I feel ****** right now. I'd rather be at the gym than exercising here at my building. My brain is just not happy neither, it wants the Ymca or in here I guess I can do exercises.
