1Pkg. Maple instant oatmeal with water, 1/4 cup walnuts mixed in. 8oz. of fatfree skim milk 2 cups coffee with 1tsp. sugar in each cup before breakfast. i cup cofee about 9:30 AM
Went to bed about 11pm laid awake untill 11:45pm. got back up at a few snake multi grain crackers with a little sour cream. went back to bed at 12:15am and finally went to sleep, till 6:45am.
