I am failing miserably at exercising on my own, so I have signed a contract to work out with a personal trainer in 30 minute sessions twice a week. In addition, I am required to choose one gym class each week to attend. (I think I'll go with water aerobics till I get stronger, then switch to Pilates/yoga.) Aside from that my trainer also wants me to move for a constant 30minutes everyday-what I choose to do during that time is open to me. So now I have a clear goal and a fitness coach to see that I do it-proof will be in the weigh-ins!
